had yummy hotel breakfast in the morning..

really missed typical American breakfast by day 6.

aft breakfast,

we strolled to the "coffee house" which was just opposite.

its the filming set for Winter Sonata

(not again),

saw some "leftover" snow~

before we left the hotel,
i dropped my thicker Roxy jacket on the toilet floor..

omg..
i couldn't have been more unlucky.
cause today we're going up the mountain!

so i was left with my Pull & Bear jacket..
while everyone has a thick winter wear..
:(

checked out of hotel,
& continued our bus journey..

stopover at The 38th Parallel~

first stop was:
Mt Sorak~
it was so so so freaking cold.
luckily Ryl had warmpacks to save my day~

the scenery was so beautiful~

we had mushroom hotpot for lunchie!

after lunch,
we checked into our tatami resort~
changed,
& went Waterpia~

its a water themepark,
which comprises of hot springs too.
but you'll need to strip naked to utilise the hot springs..

we didnt dare too!
heeeeee
shy mah.
so we played slides~
lazed around at the wave pool,
had sauna & jacuzzi.

dinner was with the tour grp,
& it was our own time aft that.

we explored the resort~
shopped @ the supermart..
bought chocs & ice cream!

the honeydew ice cream is the best!
such an exotic flavour..
its the first time i had honeydew-flavoured ice cream.
heee
love it!

& we played at the arcade!
xD

this horse ride seems so fun!
but, it turned out to be soooo tiring!

& i lost the race.

lastly, back to our lovely room to sleeeep.
actually its like a studio apartment,
with a kitchen & two bedrooms.

me & Ryl slept on the traditional tatami for the night..
a nice experience for me.
